Lightweight Cross Roller Bearings

Features:
These bearings contain a sequence of cylindrical rollers arranged at right angles to each other within a sealed 90º V-groove The rollers are compact and provide up to four times the stiffness loads, far greater rotational accuracy as well as offering quick and simple fitting. This arrangement allows for supported loads in all directions; radial, axial and moment.
The lightweight construction together with the dimensional structure, offers excellent space and weight compatibility in some of the following applications such as robotic systems, (swiveling parts), precision rotary tables, various medical equipment, measuring instruments, ic manufacturing equipment, etc.

Product Type:
These bearings are available in the following types; full complement, split inner ring, split outer ring and ultra-thin. In those applications where possible contaminations may exist, seals can be provided to both sides of the bearing.

CRB- split outer ring- with single ring inner ring. The inner ring offers
extremely high rotational accuracy and is most suitable for those
applications requiring rotating inner rings.

CRBI- split inner ring-with single outer ring. The outer ring offers high
rotational accuracy and is most suitable for those applications
requiring rotating outer rings.

CRBT- ultra-thin cross section offers high stiffness together with high level
of dependability. Due to the extremely narrow cross section, it is most
suitable for applications where space and weight restrictions are
present

CRBW- full complement (w/o cage) of rollers for heavier duty applications
